ThePlantSoul has grown from a clear vision – and from many interconnected areas.
So that you can feel secure and well oriented here, this page offers you an overview of its structure, content, and navigation.
I work intuitively – yet the structure of this site is consciously designed.
It is meant to show you how everything connects and how you can use the content for yourself.
ThePlantSoul is not a random blog.
It is a thoughtfully created space with clear order.
Here you will learn how it is structured.
What is ThePlantSoul
I would like to explain this garden to you –
because it may be a little different from what you are used to.
ThePlantSoul is structured like a real garden.
You enter it place by place.
Each space has its own plants, its own atmosphere, its own story.
You can linger here, read, listen –
or continue on.
Three paths lead through this space.
ThePlantSoul consists of three interconnected areas:
The Garden Path
Here you encounter themes, places, and inner imagery.
It is designed in an atmospheric and narrative way.
The Herbarium
Here you will find structured plant portraits with botanical classification, cultural context, and – where possible – in-depth materials.
The Library
Here you discover stories, traditions, and texts connected to plants and their cultural heritage.
Each of these areas can stand on its own.
And yet, they belong together.
Unlike a traditional blog, ThePlantSoul is not structured chronologically.
You navigate through themes, filters, and areas – not by date.
At the bottom of each page, you will find the structural pages such as Legal Notice and Privacy Policy, as well as:
News / Events / Blog
There, I share developments, reflections, recipes, and information about digital or in-person events.
How to Use This Website
Bilingual Structure
ThePlantSoul is built as a bilingual space.
You can switch between German and English at any time using the language button.
The Three Main Areas
At the bottom of every page, you will find large symbols for:
– Garden Path
– Herbarium
– Library
This allows you to move between the different areas at any time.
Orientation in the Garden
Within the Garden, you will find a symbol bar.
With each place you visit, the corresponding symbol becomes visible.
This allows you to return directly to places you have already explored.
At certain locations, you will also find additional symbols for:
Audios
Meditations
Relaxation
These offer a deeper, guided experience.
Finding & Filtering
In the Herbarium and the Library, you can sort content purposefully using filters.
You can search and combine filters by:
Plant names, Topics, Cultural references, Characteristics
In this way, your own path through the content unfolds.
Why some content appears as a PDF or course
A part of ThePlantSoul is publicly accessible.
Another part will in the future be offered in the form of PDFs or course material.
This has legal reasons.
As soon as content becomes very specific in terms of application, dosage, therapeutic classification, or individual guidance, it is subject in many countries to particular legal regulations – especially in the field of medical and health law.
Publicly accessible websites are not permitted to provide medical treatment recommendations or therapeutic instructions.
As the site operator, I carry responsibility for this.
In order to offer in-depth content responsibly, legally secure, and within a protected framework, more advanced materials will therefore in the future be provided:
– as structured PDF documents
– or within courses / guided formats
This allows:
• a clear contextual framework
• a conscious decision by the user
• a legally sound structure
• and a responsible transmission of knowledge
The publicly accessible content remains a space for inspiration, experience, and knowledge.
